Cumin

Cumin grown in the Middle Eastern Levant is one of the best in the world in terms of size, oil content, aroma and color. Furthermore, the chemical and lab tests comply with EU regulations in terms of pesticide content and allergy tests.

The semi dry weather in the Levant helps in creating high quality aromatic seeds, joined with the availability of cheap harvesting costs this product can be offered at competitive prices.

Cumin in the Levant is usually planed in the month of January and harvested in May.
