Coriander Seeds

Coriander is native to South-Eastern Europe and grown extensively all over the Europe, Middle East, China, India, and Turkey. Coriander seeds can be ready for harvest when the plant turns brown and its leaves begin to dry off and fall. Premature seeds are light green and taste bitter.

Coriander is a small, hollow-stemmed seed in the Apiaceae family, in the genus: Coriandrum. Pleasant, aromatic and spicy, these seeds have been utilized since ancient times for cooking as well as various traditional and modern medicines.
